- General Hospital : 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m
- Super Speciality Hospital : 9:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m.

How to Book an Appointment
Super Speciality Hospital
- All our OPD works by appointment only from 9 am to 7pm
- Appointments are to be made on +91 2261124817
- Patients coming for OPD consultation have to report to the registration counter of the super speciality hospital. On their first ever visit to the hospital their details are registered in the hospital software. They are issued a MR card bearing a unique MR number which will establish their unambiguous identity in the hospital database.
- On all subsequent visits Patients need to bring this MR card so that all records of that patient would be entered and linked against that MR number and can be retrieved at any time in future on entering the appropriate MR number.
General Hospital
- The OPD timings of the hospital are from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm from Monday to Friday and from 9.00 am to 12.30 pm on saturdays. All OPDs are closed on sundays and specific public holidays.
- Patients coming for OPD consultation have to report to the registration counter of the teaching hospital. On their first ever visit to the hospital their details are registered in the hospital software. They are issued a MR card bearing a unique MR number which will establish their unambiguous identity in the hospital database.
- On all subsequent visits Patients need to bring this MR card so that all records of that patient would be entered and linked against that MR number and can be retrieved at any time in future on entering the appropriate MR number.
- After payment of appropriate charges as mentioned below the trained registration clerk will issue an OPD paper of the appropriate OPD (General surgery, General Medicine etc.), based on the complaints/symptoms narrated by the patient. The patient has to report to the appropriate OPD and will be further guided by the staff members in that OPD.
- Critically ill patients requiring immediate attention are guided to the casualty department (which is running 24 hours on all days) wherein they will be attended to and further advised by the staff members in the casualty department.
Billing lnformation
After payment of appropriate charges as mentioned below, the registration clerk will issue an OPD paper of the appropriate OPD (General surgery, General Medicine etc.), based on the complaints/symptoms narrated by the patient. The patient has to report to the appropriate OPD and will be further guided by the staff members in that OPD.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS
- In case of emergency hospitalization, the procedure for for cashless mediclaim facility should be started within 24Hrs of hospitalization.
- In case of planned hospitalization, the formalities need to be completed 2-3 days prior to the hospitalization.
