Breast cancer awareness camp

The Departments of General, in collaboration with Departments of Radiology and PSM with help from the Medical Social Worker Department conducted a Breast cancer awareness camp in the Surgery OPD on Tuesday 11 October, 2022. We had 32 patients registered mostly staff from Hospital and Somaiya IT college who were examined by Dr Shalaka Indap, Associate Professor and Dr Janhavi Kapadia, Assistant Professor Department of Surgery 20 Mammmographies were done in total 8 of these were Sanctioned by Social worker and made free of cost 2 were Sanctioned free of cost via Myna foundation
